The $RWA token serves as the lifeblood of the RWA Inc. ecosystem, powering all products and processes within the platform. It is integral to transactions, payments, and other critical functions, ensuring seamless integration across the ecosystem. Key functions of the $RWA token include:\

# How does an IDO work?

When projects are ready to list on the RWA Launchpad, RWA Inc. will help them prepare a campaign and connect them to the RWA Inc. community. After the specifications have been finalized, token supply, market rate, sale duration, etc., the project will be listed with a countdown to launch.

Every IDO listing consists of 2 Rounds:

## Round #1: Guaranteed Allocation

Top staking Tier groups — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Tier, and some Bronze members (with potential allocation based on a lottery system) will have access to the Guaranteed Rounds. All users must register interest to participate in the Guaranteed Round.

## Round #2: First-Come-First-Served (FCFS)

If any tokens remain after Round 1, they will be made available in Round 2 for all whitelist participants, regardless of whether they won the lottery or secured a guaranteed allocation. Token purchases during this phase will follow a FCFS format, with individual purchase limits determined on a project-by-project basis.


# How is $RWA token involved?

$RWA acts as the tool to facilitate community involvement in the bootstrapping of projects and provides added incentives for users through staking and Tiers. Providing early access to IDO participation, airdrops, and more, $RWA holders that stake the threshold amounts of $RWA tokens can obtain exclusive benefits that IDO projects provide to their participants.

# Investor Protection:  Refund Policy

To provide maximum flexibility to our users, RWA Inc. offers a Refund Policy for those who commit capital to a project and then decide they do not want to participate in the project.

Every project will have its own refund specifications chosen by the RWA team (typically within a 7-14 day range). During that period, users will be able to choose whether they want to commit to participation. The option is available for the allotted day range for the project. Once users select “claim” to collect their tokens they lose their refund option.

By completing sign up and KYC, users will have Base Tier access to the RWA Launchpad. To secure higher level status and unlock additional perks, users will need to stake $RWA to begin earning Tier Points. We have set up a variety of staking pools with various lock up periods to create a wide range of flexibility based on user requirements. In addition, all of our staking pools have withdrawal policies which allow users to remove funds at any time.

## Earning Tier Points

In order to earn Tier Points, users must stake $RWA. $RWA staking is currently offered across five different staking pools based on a specific unlock time frame. Each pool provides its own point multiplier that scales based on duration, with longer duration staking pools providing higher multipliers. As is the case with many governance systems, the longer amount of time that tokens are staked, the more value they provide to the user across the ecosystem.

## Tier Point System

The Tier Point System acts as a mechanism to reward users’ commitment within the RWA Launchpad ecosystem and unlocks higher Tiers based on participation within the ecosystem.

Points are calculated by taking the number of tokens staked and multiplying them by the stake pool multiplier.

## Allocation Multipliers and Pool Weight

The Allocation Multiplier specifies the amount of tokens that participants will be able to purchase in a given project IDO. The Allocation Multiplier is determined based on your Tier status, with every Tier having its own corresponding allocation multiplier. Below are the Allocation Multipliers for each Tier:

* Base: 1
* Bronze: 2+
* Silver: 4+
* Gold: 10+
* Platinum: 20+
* Diamond 40+

Within each Tier, the Allocation Multiplier grows depending on a user’s Pool Weight. Pool weight is calculated based on the number of Tier Points among participating members and their corresponding Tier levels.

Every pool has a range that is dependent on its staking Tier Points.

To best understand the mechanism is through an empirical example:

In the event of a Silver tier with 20,000 points, the user will have a 4x multiplier. In the event of a Silver tier with 35,000 points, the user will have a 7x multiplier. In the event of a Silver tier with 49,999 points, the user will have a 9.99x multiplier.

This logic also applies to the Gold and Platinum Tiers.

Diamond Tier level can theoretically have no point limit, so the cap on the multiplier for these users is logarithmically relational to the total IDO’s upper bound.

The APY is determined by several factors, including the pool’s duration and the number of participants. Generally, shorter lock-up periods will have a lower APY, while longer lock-ups will offer a higher APY. We offer a variety of lock durations to cater to different investment preferences:

## Commission Structure

Your commission percentage is tied to your staking tier.\
The higher your tier, the larger share you earn from the **20% referral commission pool**.

When an investor participates in a private round fundraising:

* RWA charges the project a **commission fee** (for example, 10% of the invested amount).
* **20% of that fee** is allocated to referral rewards.
* You earn a percentage of that **20%** based on your tier.

**Example:**

If your referral invests **$100,000 USD**, and RWA charges the project **10% commission ($10,000)**:

* 20% of that fee ($2,000) goes into the referral pool.
* If you are **Diamond Tier (100%)**, you earn the full $2,000.
* If you are **Gold Tier (70%)**, you earn $1,400.
* If you are **Bronze Tier (30%)**, you earn $600.

# User Refund Policy

To provide maximum flexibility to our users, RWA Inc. offers a Refund Policy for those who commit capital to a project and then decide they do not want to participate.

## How The Refund Policy Works

Following the successful completion of an IDO and the project’s token initial listing, a Refund Grace Period begins.

For the duration of the Refund Grace Period, launchpad users will be presented with two options in their dashboard: “Claim” and “Refund”.

During any point within the grace period, users have the right to withdraw their funds from participation by selecting “Refund”. As soon as a user confirms a refund, their initial contributions will be released directly back into the wallet from which funds were originally deposited.

If at any point a user selects “Claim” they will collect their token allocation for the project and will no longer be eligible for a refund of their allocation.

Every IDO on the RWA Launchpad undergoes an assessment prior to listing that determines the Refund Grace Period. Typically, this period will be \~7 days, however the RWA Inc. team may adjust it as needed on a case by case basis.

## Refund Qualification

Every participant, regardless of Tier status, qualifies for a 100% refund on their committed funds so long as they make their request within the allotted Refund Grace Period time frame and do not claim tokens.

## Conclusion

The Refund Policy is intended to both protect the $RWA community while encouraging participating projects to behave with maximal integrity.

Tokens that are sold as part of an IDO typically are subject to a lock-up period before being released to purchasers.  The lock up period is a window of time during which tokens are programmatically held before being released to the purchaser.  Below is an example of a vesting schedule and how it would apply to a specific purchase:

* Tokens Released at TGE – 50%
* Cliff Lock Up Period – 1 month
* Vesting Period – 5 months

In this example, if a purchaser buys $100 of a token at $0.01, they would ultimately be entitled to 10,000 tokens. At TGE, 5,000 tokens would be released to the purchaser, followed by a one month period where zero (0) tokens are released. After the one month cliff period, the remaining 5,000 tokens would be released linearly over a five (5) month period so that all 5,000 tokens are released at the end of those five (5) months. In total, all tokens would be released for claim to the purchaser within six (6) months.

Pool Weight is calculated based on the distribution of Tier Points among participating members and their corresponding tier levels.

Every pool has a structured base range that is dependent on their staking Tier Points.

* Bronze | 2x | 2,000 points - 19,999 points
* Silver | 4x - 9.99x | 20,000 points - 49,999 points
* Gold | 10x - 19.99x | 50,000 points - 99,999 points
* Platinum| 20x - 39.99x | 100,000 points - 199,999 points
* Diamond | 40x + | 200,000 points +

The Pool Weight indicates how much multiplier is applied to that specific Tier level’s allocation capacity.

Base and Bronze maintains a base level of 1x and 2x multiplier throughout its entire point range, respectively. The Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels pool weights are scaled proportionally to the individual user’s point position within its range. To best understand the mechanism is through an empirical example:

In the event of a Silver Tier with 20,000 points, the user will have a 4x multiplier. In the event of a Silver Tier with 35,000 points, the user will have a 7x multiplier. In the event of a Silver Tier with 49,999 points, the user will have a 9.99x multiplier.

This logic applies to the Bronze, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Tiers.

Diamond Tier level can theoretically have no point limit, so the cap on the multiplier for these users is logarithmically relational to the total IDO’s upper bound.

# MetaMask Setup: Sepolia Base & RWAT/USDR

In order to trade on the testnet exchange, you need to set up your wallet on the Sepolia Base network and import the RWAT and USDR tokens.

### **Step 1: Add Sepolia Base to MetaMask**

Follow these steps to add the **Sepolia Base** network to your MetaMask wallet:

1. Open **MetaMask** in your browser.
2. Click the **Network Dropdown** at the top of the MetaMask window and select **"Add Network"**.
3. In the **Custom Network Settings**, enter the following details:
   * **Network Name**: Sepolia Base
   * **New RPC URL**: `https://sepolia.base.org`
   * **Chain ID**: `84532`
   * **Currency Symbol**: ETH
   * **Block Explorer URL**: `https://sepolia.basescan.org/`
4. Click **Save**. You are now connected to the **Sepolia Base** network.

## **Campaign Overview**

* **Duration:** November 28th, 2024 (14:00 UTC) - December 28th, 2024 (14:00 UTC).
* **Total Prize Pool:** $15,000 in $RWA tokens.

1. Rewards will be distributed within **7 days** after the campaign ends.

# Claim $USDC

You can claim **testnet USDC** on the **Sepolia Base** network by interacting with the smart contract directly using **Blockscout**. Follow the steps below to claim your **testnet USDC**.

## **Step 1: Set Up Your Wallet**

1. **Connect Your Wallet to Sepolia Base**:
   * Make sure your **MetaMask** or any other Web3-enabled wallet is set to the **Sepolia Base** network.
   * Ensure you have some **Sepolia ETH** for gas fees.
2. **Get Some ETH**:
   * You will need **Sepolia ETH** in your wallet to cover gas fees for claiming USDC. If you don’t have any, use a Sepolia ETH faucet to acquire some.

   * In the **Write Contract** tab, look for the function named **"mint"**.
2. **Enter Your Wallet Address**:

3. **Enter the Amount to Mint**:
   * In the **"amount (uint256)"** field, enter the amount of USDC you wish to mint.\

### Program Overview

The Bug Bounty Program is designed to encourage responsible disclosure of security issues. By participating, researchers can earn monetary rewards in the form of $RWA tokens and recognition for their contributions to enhancing our security posture.

### Scope

We are interested in vulnerabilities that could compromise the integrity, confidentiality, or availability of our systems. Moreover, we are interested in optimizing cosmetics, and reward also reports that involve general optimization etc. Lastly, we reward selected innovative ideas and improvement suggestions across our platforms.

The following assets are in scope:

* RWA Launchpad on test net - plus any publicly accessible web application owned by RWA Inc.
* Infrastructure: Public-facing servers and network infrastructure.

Out of Scope:

* Third-party services and applications not owned by RWA Inc.
* Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
* Physical security tests.
* Social engineering of our employees or customers.
* Vulnerabilities requiring physical access to hardware.

### Rewards

Rewards are based on the severity of the vulnerability, assessed using the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS). The reward ranges are as follows:

* Critical severity: Up to $10,000 in $RWAs
* High severity: Up to $5,000 in $RWAs
* Medium severity: Up to $1,000 in $RWAs
* Low severity: Up to $250 in $RWAs<br>
